Booking and Deposits
Deposit Requirement: A deposit of $56.50 (including tax) is required to secure your booking.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for any future bookings.
Late Arrivals • 15-Minute Grace Period: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment to respect the time of our other clients.
Appointment-Only Policy: We operate strictly by appointment. No walk-ins will be accepted.
Service Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will work to address any issues free of charge. Concerns raised after 7 days will not be eligible for complimentary adjustments.
Respectful Communication: We value a positive and respectful environment. Any disrespectful or aggressive behaviour may result in immediate termination of service and a request to leave the premises.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit (TAP only for amounts up to $100), cash, and e-transfer.
Terminal Fee: A 2.65% terminal fee for all card payments will apply.
