Returns Policy

Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most products, provided that they are in unused and unopened condition, accompanied by the original receipt. For returns due to other reasons, such as a change of mind, products must be returned in their original, unopened condition within 15 days of the delivery date.

Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. As per Canadian regulations, we will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items and offer you the choice of a replacement or refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable due to health and safety regulations, including personal care items, custom orders, or any products specified as final sale. Items that have been used or opened are also not eligible for returns, unless they were received in a defective condition.

Process for Returns

  2. Packaging: Securely package the product in its original packaging to prevent damage in transit. Returns without proper packaging may be subject to a restocking fee if the item is damaged upon return.
  3. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defect or error. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund for change-of-mind returns.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping Fees

International Shipping
For orders outside of Canada, international shipping fees and delivery timelines will vary. Please note that customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during international shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us within 30 days of your order date so we can investigate with the courier. For lost packages, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and may issue a replacement or refund if the courier confirms the package as lost.
